As Canada prepares to assume the Chairmanship of the Arctic Council, the Canadian Defence and Foreign Affairs Institute is asking some tough questions about how “Canada should take advantage of this unique opportunity.”

A series of articles, many of which will appear in the National Post, will be posted throughout the week.
