The C4ISR market has been growing at a phenomenal rate over the past few years and it is expected to continue that trajectory. According to a new report from Technavio, a leading global technology research and advisory company, the C4ISR market is expected to grow by USD 23.34 billion over the period of 2021 to 2025. This estimated growth is lower than what was predicted last year due to the impact of COVID-19. However, the report projects the market to accelerate at a CAGR of over three per cent.

This growth is driven by the growing acceptance of CREW systems and also the use of C4ISR in civil applications is expected to help with the boost.

Technavio has announced its latest market research report titled C4ISR Market by Platform and Geography – Forecast and Analysis 2021-2025

According to a news release, the CREW systems form a major part of EW and are used to detonate remote-controlled improvised explosive devices (RCIEDs). CREW systems significantly decrease the casualties in RCIED attacks. Vendors offering such systems provide specific equipment, training, and life support services to the end-users. CREW systems are made of several components such as Software, Hardware, Threat load, and Antennas that protect a soldier from the IED threat. One of the highly deployed CREW systems is the AN/ULQ-35 Counter RCIED CREW Duke system.

The adoption of CREW systems among military and law enforcement personnel globally is fueling this increase in the C4ISR market.
