Kristen Leroux joins Lockheed Martin as vice president and regional executive, Canada and Latin America

Kristen Leroux has been appointed vice president and regional executive for Canada and Latin America effective July 16, 2025. Leroux is replacing Lorraine Ben who is retiring.

“Kristen’s extensive experience transforming, developing, and growing trusted businesses will ensure Lockheed Martin continues to deliver world-class solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers in Canada and Latin America,” Ray Piselli, vice president international business, Lockheed Martin stated in a press release. “I also want to extend my gratitude to Lorraine for her exceptional leadership, which has seen Lockheed Martin deliver on some of Canada’s most complex programs and strengthen our presence in Latin America.”

Leroux was president and managing director for DXC Technology Canada, where she was responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering complex solutions aligned to market needs. She has also held senior leadership positions at IBM Canada including a defence and public safety portfolio.

“I am honoured to lead Lockheed Martin’s efforts in Canada and Latin America, regions that are pivotal to our global operations and future growth trajectory,” Leroux stated in a press release. “I look forward to collaborating across our teams, customers, and industry partners to deliver and sustain the advanced capabilities our customers need to address their complex security challenges and strategic defence priorities.”
