In June 2017, the Government of Canada released, Strong, Secure, Engaged (SSE), Canada’s defence policy, which outlines the significant investments to equip the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) over the next two decades. This policy also supports the brave men and women of the CAF who are prepared to defend Canada and Canadian interests at home and abroad.
