Bluedrop Training & Simulation Inc. is deepening its role in advanced military training with a new set of contracts from the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), marking another step forward in the global shift toward immersive, data-driven readiness solutions.

Announced from Halifax on May 13, 2026, the agreements will see Bluedrop deliver high-fidelity Mixed Reality (MR) Trainers tailored for helicopter cabin aircrew, alongside a multi-year support program designed to sustain long-term operational effectiveness.

At the core of the initial contract is the development of scenario-based MR training systems capable of replicating the complexities of real-world missions. The trainers will enable RSAF personnel to practice emergency procedures, refine crew coordination, and rehearse operational scenarios within a controlled environment—reducing risk while enhancing preparedness.

Beyond the technology itself, the follow-on support contract signals a broader commitment. Spanning multiple years, it includes trained instructors and operators, as well as comprehensive maintenance and lifecycle support, ensuring that the systems remain effective and relevant as operational needs evolve.

A defining feature of Bluedrop’s solution is its Data-Enabled Training approach. By capturing and analyzing performance metrics, the system provides objective assessments and actionable insights, allowing instructors to track individual and team progress, identify skill gaps, and continuously refine training outcomes.

Together, the technology and support framework position the program as more than a procurement—it is a sustained capability partnership.

“We are proud to support the Republic of Singapore Air Force with next-generation training solutions that combine immersive technologies and high-fidelity haptics,” said Jean-Claude Siew, EVP Technology & Simulation at Bluedrop. “These contracts highlight the growing demand for rear-crew training systems that are not only realistic and scalable, but also capable of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, performance and readiness.”

The award reinforces Bluedrop’s standing as a trusted provider of advanced training systems, reflecting a growing international demand for solutions that merge realism, scalability, and measurable performance outcomes in increasingly complex operational environments.
