Bell Textron Canada Limited, in collaboration with the Sûreté du Québec and the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, announced the completion of its 6,000th helicopter at its Mirabel facility on May 12.

Two SUBARU Bell 412EPXs were delivered to the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable, which manages a fleet of aircraft through the Service Aérien Gouvernemental (SAG).

“Our 6,000th helicopter built in Canada demonstrates our commitment to manufacturing helicopters capable of performing the most critical missions, as well as our dedication to contributing to Quebec’s economy. It is therefore a strong symbol that this aircraft wears the colors of the Sûreté du Québec,” said Michael Nault, General Manager of Bell Textron Canada.

The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité Durable, through the SAG, has relied on Bell helicopters since the 1960s.
