How does Canada prepare the people side of a future submarine fleet. What we have now is not necessarily what is needed for tomorrow. How can Industry assist? What abilities need to be developed?
What is needed to design a training philosophy that supports the operations and maintenance philosophies needed to maintain operational readiness within a system of systems? The training audience is heterogeneous; how can we incorporate tech to build custom training pathways?
